On 24 January 2016 Andrew Burgin, Director of Rockwell Engineering in Bayswater Victoria, was formally appointed by Paul Kouris, the KCT Licensor, as the non exclusive Licenced Manufacturer for Victoria, and elsewhere that is subsequently agreed to. The Licence commenced 8 January 2016, and authorises the Manufacturer to Make, Use, Sell, Distribute and Install the KCT, subject to the lawful directions of Paul Kouris, and/or the new Exclusive Licensee for Australia, Ray Paul MD of Solar Plus Energy, Mt. Macedon Victoria.
